Mary Neary served as Pastoral Associate for 14 years at Sacred Heart Parish in Riverton, NJ. She was instrumental in developing and maintaining successful Adult Faith Formation programs, as well as continuing education and spiritual formation for Lay Ministers. Mary established personal training and skill building workshops for Pastoral Care Ministers and outreach programs, organizing Retreat days and Parish council meetings to promote the New Evangelization. She is currently teaching Theology at St. Hubert's Catholic High School for Girls in Philadelphia.
Mary's Education began at the University of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and later received a Masters of Art degree in Theology from LaSalle University.
Mary has worked in several capacities within the Trenton and Camden Diocese of New Jersey. Currently, she continues her service as a Human Formation Instructor, Lay Ministry Formation, Camden Diocese, NJ and on the Faculty for Diocesan Pastoral Care Programming, Trenton Diocese, NJ and a facilitator for Diocesan Intercultural Competency for Ministry, Trenton, NJ From 2004-2006 Mary served as Campus Minister at Trenton Catholic Academy. Mary provides education along with practical tools and support as a Retreat Leader, Coach and Motivational Speaker helping group leaders and individuals expand their relationship with Jesus Christ specializing in personal and spiritual development. At the Diocese of Camden, Mary also teaches at the Lay Formation Institute.
